This coffee is a really sweet organic washed Ethiopian Yirgacheffe with lots of fruit and juicy notes. It is brewed on a Kyoto cold brew tower over eight hours using a traditional Japanese slow drip method letting cold water slowly drip, drop by drop, over the coffee to produce a naturally sweet and less acidic coffee.
